What is Flexiloc     

Flexiloc is a flexible modular system from which ramps are created using tough polyurethane tiles.The tiles interlock to form ramps of any size and proportions, they provide a surface with plenty of grip and with some give so it is more comfortable to travel on than conventional surfaces.

Flexiloc comes in a wide choice of colours and finishes, each is extremely colourfast and the coloursare achieved using special non-toxic dyes. Flexiloc has 100 per cent ultraviolet protection, so will notfade in direct sunlight. It can be used safely in temperatures from -40°C to +100°C.

What makes Flexiloc Special

Quick and easy to install

Flexiloc is unique in that, not only can ramps be constructed and dismantled quickly and easily but, elements used in a ramp can be reused again and again.
Flexiloc can be used to create straight ramps, cornered ramps, small threshold ramps and indoor and outdoor ramps.

Originally developed in Denmark as flooring to relieve physical stress from workers exposed to long periods of standing, the Danish occupational therapists soon discovered its ramping benefits. The system is now used across most of Europe, in North and South America, Australia, and in Japan.

Mobility World has received the UK’s Independent Living Awards’ top award for products which help individuals maintain an independent lifestyle. The awards’judges recognised Flexiloc’s unique properties and flexibility when they decided it was the best new producton the market in the UK in 2002 - 2003.
