This mattress has an alternating mode that continuously and sequentially inflates and deflates air cells to avoid long term pressurization of tissue. The CPR knob is located at the patient’s right-hand side of the mattress near the head section area, and whenever a CPR operation is needed, quickly turn the CPR knob to release air from the mattress. The quick connector on the pump unit can be disconnected for an even faster deflation process. There are four operating cycle time settings (10, 15, 20, 25 minutes), so you can customize the experience to your needs.

This innovative product features APEX Heel Relief Function, which eliminates interface pressure from heels as if they are suspended in air. With the Heel-Relief quick connectors on the last five cells from the foot end, you can always deflate the cell directly underneath the heel to achieve zero pressure.
