It’s safe, easy and straightforward to place an order with us.
You can choose any one of the options below depending on what you’d prefer:
Shopping on-line is easy but we also take orders by phone, fax and post. We accept Master Card, VISA, Switch and DELTA for payment on line. We also take postal orders and cheques payable to Mobility World Limited for orders placed by post.
Your safety is very important to us and mobiltyworld.co.uk uses the latest measures to protect your card security when you shop with us online.
We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
When you click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, you’ll get a message letting you know that you’re entering a secure area. The web address will change from “http://” to “https://”; and a padlock symbol (or key) will appear in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at mobiltyworld.co.uk, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
Despatch & Delivery
When you place an order via our website it will be processed on the next working day, goods are normally delivered by courier within 3 to 5 days subject to stock availability.
Post and packaging illustrated on both the shopping basket and checkout pages relate to the UK mainland only.

When you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own national currency.
The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and the final amount you pay in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.
(Please also note that if you pre-order any products with us, the exchange rate may vary significantly from the time you place the order to the time when we charge the transaction to your credit card.)

Returns And Refunds
You can shop with confidence at Mobility World.
When you buy goods through our website or by mail order they can be returned for replacement or refund, if they are not suitable for your use. Provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights in any way. We only ask that the goods are unused and still in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge for all carriage costs incurred.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
