The Rota-Pro® rotational chair bed helps people get into and out of bed without assistance, helping them to restore their mobility and independence. Compared to alternative solutions such as hoists or care assistance, Rota-Pro® offers a simple, comfortable, and dignified means of getting into and out of bed. It comes complete with a pressure reducing mattress and bespoke bedding to hold a pillow in place. It can be configured to rotate out to the left or the right hand side according to user preference, and all positions are re-programmable for maximum comfort and support.

Profiling Bed with Sit to Stand Function

The Rota-Pro Rotating Chair Bed is a rotational chair bed designed to help you with getting in and out of bed. It is an electrically operated profiling homecare bed complete with the usual profiling functions. On top of those profiling functions it also has the rotating sit to stand function to help you up to standing from the bed. This is a great choice of bed if you are able to weight bare but struggle to transfer out of bed unaided. This rotating bed allows you your mobility and can help to restore your independence.

Electrically Operated Profiling Functions

This chair bed offers all the functions you would expect to see from a traditional profiling care bed. It has electrically operated adjustable height from 40cm to 83cm, backrest, leg rest and knee break to ensure maximum comfort. It then has a unique set of functions that allow the bed to rotate in to a chair like seated position to help you transfer between standing and sitting. The rotating function on this excellent bed can be set up to allow you to transfer from either the left or right-hand side.

Compared to other transfer methods for getting in and out of bed, such as using patient hoists or care assistance, the Rota-Pro bed offers you a simple, comfortable and dignified alternative. The bed comes with a profiled pressure reducing mattress and foot block as standard. These have a waterproof, 4-way stretch, vapour permeable cover to ensure your comfort and ease of cleaning. It also features stainless steel hand rails on either side of the mattress to support and assist you when using this chair bed.
