The FOLDALITE has a larger seat and greater weight capacity, 23.5 st. (150kg) providing added versatility and peace of mind, the anti-tip wheels and solid castors (8" at the front and 12" rear), also help to improve safety and stability. The seat has a fully adjustable backrest, while the footrest and leg guards all aid user comfort.
The simple four-button controller and joystick are extremely user-friendly making it straightforward to control the power, speed and direction of the chair. While the rear-wheel-drive and a brushless motor ensure superb indoor and outdoor performance.
The FOLDALITE can be stored upright using its useful kickstand, allowing for easy storage even when space is limited. With its range of 21km (13mil), the Foldalite Folding Electric Wheelchair will certainly aid user confidence and independent living.

The maximum speed is 4mph (6km/h)
What is this chair like going up and down kerbs and hills?
The Foldalite Trekker will be fine mounting and going down lowered curbs. This powerchair has a climbing gradient of 12 degrees which is very good compared to other chairs so this should be ideal for going up hills.
Is the Trekker ok for air travel assuming the 20Ah batteries ?
It is possible to take the Foldalite Trekker on an airplane provided that the battery is first removed from the chair. Please be advised that different airlines have different rules so we always recommend checking with them before you travel. If you require any further information please give us a call
Can this powerchair be used on public transport
This would be the most suitable electric chair for this on the current mobility market, we recommend visiting a showroom to try before you buy. This would mean you could collapse the chair and see how it fits in your car, and how easy it would be for you to do this.
