Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you mean that you agree to them.
Your use of the web site also constitutes acceptance of Mobility World Limited Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You can shop with confidence at Mobility World. Goods ordered on our website or by mail order may be returned, for replacement or refund, if not suitable for your use, provided we are notified within 10 days of receipt.
This is in addition to your statutory rights. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
In the event that you refuse delivery without prior arrangements once goods have been dispatched you will be responsible for all carriage cost incurred.
We reserve the right to charge for all carriage and handling costs incurred.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Which products can't be returned?
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty ):Products you received over 14 days ago
Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
Products without original packaging or labels
Products or packaging in poor condition
Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
Where a product has been personalised for you, or ordered to your specific requirements.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Electrical Adjustable Beds
- Mattresses (unless indicated in a supplier promotion)
- Riser Recliner Chairs
- High Seat Chairs
- Face coverings
- Swimwear (where the hygiene seal has been removed)
- Toilet seats and Commodes etc
- Personal care products
- Any products that have been delivered and installed.
